Cycle 16 St. Louis Casting Call

No Purchase Necessary
1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION: KPLR 11 St. Louis is conducting a local model search for women Saturday, July10, 2010 at Stevens Institute of Business & Arts, 1521 Washington Ave., St. Louis, MO 63103, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Come prepared; only the first one hundred fifty (150) eligible participants with all the necessary materials will be guaranteed an audition. Find out everything you’ll need to compete at www.kplr11.com. All auditions will be taped and sent to the America’s Next Top Model Casting Director. A panel of judges will select eleven (11) finalists, and their pictures will be posted www.kplr11.com. The eligible finalist with the most votes will win a trip and the chance for an interview with the America’s Next Top Model National Casting Team. (Interviews may be conducted in groups.) America’s Next Top Model Cycle 16 St. Louis Casting Call is brought to you by KPLR 11.
2. CONTEST PERIOD/ENTRY DEADLINE: Contest Period begins at 8:00 a.m. (CST) July 10, 2010. Only the first one hundred fifty (150) eligible women (see Network Eligibility document at www.kplr11.com) with all required materials will be guaranteed a taped-audition and entry into the contest.
3. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the contest, you must (i) be a lawful, female United States citizen and permanently live in the United States, (ii) You must be between the ages of 18-27 years old, inclusive, at the time of entry; (iii) You must be 5 feet 7 inches or TALLER; (iv) You must meet all requirements set forth in the Network Eligibility document and requirements set forth in this St. Louis Casting Calls Rules document ( both available at www.kplr11com); and (v) You must be one of the first one hundred fifty (150) eligible participants to show up at Stevens Institute of Business & Arts, 1521 Washington Ave., St. Louis, MO 63103 on Saturday, July 10, 2010 with all required material.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, bring the following items to Stevens Institute of Business & Arts, on Saturday, July 10, 2010. Line will begin forming at 7:00 a.m. Do not attempt to form line before that, or security will ask you to leave.
• YOU MUST BRING Legible COPIES of your Driver’s License. If you do not have a driver’s license, then you must present a copy of your Social Security Card AND Birth Certificate.
• YOU MUST BRING your Completed Application including Release and Waiver (these documents can be downloaded from www.kplr11.com or picked up at KPLR 11, 2250 Ball Drive, St. Louis, MO,63146.)
• YOU MUST BRING At least 3 of the following photos (note: only one of the three photos may be in black and white. Color photos are preferred)
1) ONE FULL BODY SHOT FULLY CLOTHED
2) ONE FULL LENGTH SWIMSUIT 1
3) ONE CLOSE-UP HEADSHOT
Polaroids are acceptable, as long as you are clearly visible. It is not necessary to bring a video of yourself, but if you have one, we will accept it. Only the first one hundred fifty (150) complete entries from eligible participants will be participate in a Taped Audition and be entered into the competition. If a submission is incomplete or does not comply with the specifications and rules, then the entrant will be disqualified. Entrants should retain a copy of all materials submitted for the contest, as all entries including the Taped Audition become the property of Contest Administrator, Sponsors and Producers and will not be returned. Only one application per person, per Cycle is allowed.
Contest Administrator is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries, and all materials required by the eligibility document will be retained by the Producers and become the property of the Producers and will not be returned to you. Any expenses you incur during the application process are your sole responsibility. The Producers will not reimburse you for these expenses. Having a Taped Audition sent to the America’s Next Top Model Casting Director does not guarantee that they will choose the entrant. All decisions of the Producers and Sponsors are final and absolute and not subject to inquiry or appeal. If there are less than one hundred fifty (150) participants, then the maximum Taped Auditions will be determined on-site and will be based upon the time available and the number of participants. Contest Administrator has the sole discretion to determine the number of participants based upon the items stated above.
5. SELECTION OF FINALISTS: A panel of judges from the Contest Administrator will judge all eligible one hundred fifty (150) complete entries. Participants will be judged on the following criterion: 1) Appearance (60%); 2) Poise (20%); and 3) Personality (20%). In the event of a tie, the Contest Administrator will use the above criterion to determine the winner. The participants with the top eleven scores will be selected as Finalists. Validation of paperwork prior to selection is required and misinformation on paper work will disqualify a participant)
6. At approximately 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Sunday, July 11, 2010. Photos of the eleven finalists will be posted on www.kplr11.com. Visitors may vote for their favorite candidate. Voting ends 12:00 noon (CST) on Friday July 16, 2010. (CST).
7. HOW TO VOTE: Voting runs on or around Sunday, July11, 2010 9:00am (CST) through Friday, July 16, 2010, 12:00 noon (CST) (the “Voting Period”). No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Log on to www.kplr11.com during the Voting Period. Click on the ○ icon next to the contestant for whom you wish to vote. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the VOTE icon. Visitors may vote as often as they like. Sponsors are not responsible for faulty Internet connections, unavailability of servers or any other technical malfunctions.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the voting period, the eligible Finalist with the highest number of votes will be declared the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone and may be announced on KPLR’s News 11 that night between 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sponsors will be the sole and final judge of eligibility, winner verification and all other matters connected with the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of votes received.
9. PRIZES: Grand Prize Winner will receive: A trip to a casting call location (city and date to be determined), for a meeting with America’s Next Top Model Casting Team. Trip consists of round

trip air fare for two (2) on Southwest Airlines from St. Louis, MO to the city to be determined. (Airports will be designated by Contest Administrator); Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] of airline tickets is $800.00; Two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one single occupancy room.) Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] $600.00. Actual value of prize may vary depending upon current rates and trip location, subject to change. Hotel to be determined by Contest Administrator. Trip must be taken on dates specified by contest Administrator during the audition schedule and must be arranged by Contest Administrator’s agent. Audition is subject to availability and schedules; and winner may have as little as 4 days notice prior to travel. All meals, ground transportation, insurance, tips gratuities, taxes, incidentals and other expenses not specified above are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash value. No substitutions of prizes permitted, except at Contest Administrator’s discretion if prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Contest Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at Contest Administrator’s sole discretion. The winner must accept the Grand Prize as awarded and be available for travel on the dates specified by Contest Administrator or prize will be forfeited and the contestant with the second highest score may be awarded the prize.
10. NOTIFICATIONS AND RELEASES: If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by phone or email within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, then such contestant may be disqualified and the winner with the next highest score may be chosen in her stead. The decisions of the judges relating to the judging of all contestants are final and binding. Potential winner of Grand Prize will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release (“Affidavit/Release”). All Affidavits/Releases and Publicity Release forms must be returned by the date noted on the forms. If such documents are not returned within that time, or if any prizewinner is found to be ineligible, or if she does not comply with the Official Rules, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If any prize or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with the rules of this contest.
11. CONTEST CONDITIONS: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Except where prohibited by law, each winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, photographs, taped audition, and city and state address, on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By entering, each entrant grants permission to Contest Administrator and “America’s Next Top Model” to use her casting call application materials, including the photos and taped audition , to conduct and promote this Contest and/or the “America’s Next Top Model” series. In the event that a submission or other acting performance is used for promotional purposes, the Contest Entities reserve the right to reproduce it in full or to crop or otherwise edit or modify it for reproduction at their discretion. By participating, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, the CW, their promotional partners and the Contest Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in this contest or these Official Rules.
Winners and contestants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Contest Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly , from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity or participation in this contest, including any claims relating to use, misappropriation or disclosure of the videotape or DVD-R and any materials submitted herein. All decisions of the judges and the Contest Administrator are final in all matters relating to this promotion.
