All of the authentic Mexican dishes offered on the menu are the original recipes of Ernestine, a native of Oaxaca, Mexico. Loyal customers have been patronizing them for over 30 years, even driving for miles to get their fix of their fresh made Chile Rellenos, Tamales, Mexican Beef Chimi Changas, Steak Tacos and other delicious entrees. 

Try the "Sunday Special" which includes all you can eat of tacos, burritos, tostadas, rice, beans, chips and salsa. They also offer fresh salads, burgers, steaks, seafood and vegetarian entrees.

The atmosphere is casual with outside patio seating where you can enjoy dining with friends and family while sipping on their signature Margaritas, or come for the night life, where they offer live Mexican music on the weekends.
